ORDERING INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: I am a SMALL business. In fact, I am the only person working here. I do it all--design, sew, take pictures, update the website, answer emails, get orders ready to mail, etc. You get the picture. I make every effort to get emails answered & orders out in a timely manner. However, if an order comes in over the weekend or on holidays or if I happen to be out of town for the day, it most likely will take me a few days to get back to you.
I appreciate your patience & understanding on this.

Orders can be placed via an email, by phone or fax/email the order form (see information below):
--Send the order information via an email - info@dalerae.com Please include the following: Your full name (first and last name) List of order items and prices * Your zip code or country (if outside the US) so that I can determine shipping. *Paypal address if different from the email address you use to send the order After I pull your order I will send along a Paypal invoice for order items and shippng.

Or open the order form thumbnail by clicking on it (a PDF file), print it out, fill in order and send the form by snail mail, attach it to an email or fax the filled-out form to: 719-481-0457 (email me before sending form to get shipping amount)

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
PAYPAL If you will be using Paypal for payment, a minumum order of $15.00 (before shipping is added) is required. ID: info@dalerae.com -- If using Paypal for payment and you are sending your order to me via email, please send along your Paypal address when placing your order so that I can go ahead and send an invoice once your order is ready. And, please check that email address to view the invoice! I accept credit cards. If you prefer to pay for your items this way please email me or call for info. Shipping: In-stock items will be shipped within 10 business days. Items that are temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder - you will be notified of the status of the item(s) when the rest of your order is delivered. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be refunded any prepayment; or an alternate item will be offered. If you require delivery by a certain date, please indicate this on your order and I will make every effort to accommodate your request. International Shipping: IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!! I do ship outside the United States - if you wish to know the shipping costs before placing an order, please contact me before placing your order - do include what items you are planning to order so I can get an accurate weight on the envelope/package to determine shipping costs. I usually ship international packages via first class international - however, no tracking or insurance is available for this level of shipping service. Shipping time can be anywhere from one to six weeks - once the package is out of my hands (and out of the US) I have absolutely no control as to when it will reach you. And without any type of tracking number I also cannot track the package. Please be aware that the only shippng option that has any sort of tracking available is Global Express Mail - this shipping option is $30.00-$40.00 per package. This option is not my choice - but rather set by the US Post Office. Damaged Shipments: If you receive your order and it has been damaged in some way, PLEASE contact me immediately and have your invoice available. Returns/Exchanges:** Customers are offered a money-back satisfaction guarantee - however, the following guidelines must be met: 1) All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice - no others will be accepted; 2) You must include a copy of the invoice with the return information filled in; 3) Patterns are not returnable unless defective - and then for replacement only; 4) Merchandise must be in original packaging and condition as when you received it - if a returned item is in perfect condition and can be resold, but must be repackaged, a 10% restocking fee will be charged; 5) Shipping and handling charges are not refunded on returned items; 6) Items must be returned to me postpaid (insure it for your own benefit) - COD's will not be accepted; and 7) Merchandise must not be used or altered in any way.
